Terms of delivery and returns

After order confirmation, Jazzy Factory undertakes to deliver to its transporter all the references ordered by the buyer as soon as possible. This transporter undertakes, by contract, to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the Customer and provided by Jazzy Factory.

Delivery methods

Delivery will be made by La Poste - Colissimo

The delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are likely to vary according to the rates of the transporter. Outside the European Union, customs taxes may be applied upon receipt of the package, these taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Delivery delay

Delivery times for Europe and International are between 1 to 3 weeks. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. These deadlines are given as an indication and without obligation on our part, and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation from Jazzy Factory.

Terms of delivery

The delivery conditions of our products are governed by the General Conditions of Transport established by the carrier concerned according to the type of service used (Colissimo).

If the Customer is absent from his home during delivery, a calling card will be left in his letterbox with the transporter's contact details, so that the Customer can contact him within 24 hours and make an appointment for a second. presentation.

Complaints and Returns

By signing the delivery slip, the Customer accepts the products delivered as is and therefore no claim relating to damage suffered during transport will be accepted. It is the Customer's responsibility to carry out all checks and make all detailed reservations on arrival of the equipment and to exercise, if necessary, any recourse against the carrier.
